Dj Khaled started his journey to stardom as a radio host and a DJ in a Florida-based radio station. He went on to join the hip hop band ‘Terror Squad’ in 1998. He worked as a radio host for the urban radio station ‘WEDR,’ located in Miami. His snapchat videos, which were popularized by the YouTube channel ‘h3h3 productions,’ gained him popularity and made him an internet celebrity.

Khaled Mohammed Khaled known professionally as DJ Khaled, is an American DJ, record executive, author and record producer started developing an interest in rap and soul music at a young age, and his musician parents supported his interest, then he worked in a local Merry-Go-Round record store which helped to lay foundations for his music career. After gaining production as a radio host in the 1990s on the radio station 99 Jamz, and translated his popularity by working with Terror Squad as a DJ for their live performances. Dj Khaled began working in record stores, helping artists like Lil Wayne and Birdman in their music careers before they made it big. After jumping into the DJ circuit. In 2006 Dj Khaled released his debut album entitled "Listennn... the Album" which successfully reached no. 12 on the Billboard 200 charts which earned gold certification. A year later he also received attention for the release of his sophomore album "We the Best", which featured chart topping singles like "I'm So Hood" and "We Takin Over," collaborating with notable artists like Rick Ross, Akon, T.I., Fat Joe and Lil Wayne. Riding on a wave of success, Khaled launched his own record label, We the Best Music Group, and became president of Def Jam South in 2009. In 2010 Khaled's single "All I Do I Win," featuring the likes of Ludacris and Snoop Dogg, went double platinum. He continued to work his magic collaborating with big stars and churning out albums, including We the Best Forever (2011), Suffering from Success (2013), I Changed A Lot (2015) and Major Key (2016), which gave him his first no. 1 album in his career. In 2017 his tenth studio album, "Grateful" became his second album to hit no. 1 and included his very first no. 1single "I'm the One," featuring Justin Bieber and rappers Quavo, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Wayne. March 2018 brought the release of the Khaled-Jay-Z-Beyoncé-Future song "Top Off," the lead single from the DJ's 11th album, "Father of Asahd”. Dj Khaled followed it up with his 12th album "Khaled Khaled" in 2021 and "God Did" in 2022.
